Interested to know if Jared Polis has introduced his Ni4d bill... yet

I saw Mike's 'tweet' to Jared Polis, politician from Colorado, and I am also interested to know if Jared Polis has introduced his Ni4d bill yet. I see no evidence that he has answered Mike's 'tweet' or acknowledged it in any way. The Ni4d was a big campaign promise of Jared's as I remember. Any headway at all? I see he was re-elected. There's a 98% chance on incumbent being re-elected, isn't there. Did he mention the Ni4d in his campaign this time? I don't see anything on the Ni4d on his campaign website.
